Sarah Richards has over 20 years of experience in the healing arts and sciences; beginning with formal education in 'talk therapy', she traversed the landscape of addiction and rehab counselling with Tessa Corner and Streetscene in the UK, became side tracked by energy medicine and remained so for a while, before venturing into esotericism and nondual healing work with Brenda Blessings and Jason Shulman of A Society of Souls.

Wrapping the work into physical form Sarah acquired an RYT accreditation and then moved further into the wisdom and intelligence of the body during a three year training with the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute.

As a descendent of Traditional Herbalists, Sarah remains an ardent student of Nature, informed and made whole by a vibrant relationship with Plant Medicine, these intelligent allies are included in her textured healing style and approach.
